SITE MANAGER

FULL TIME (37 hours per week). Required as soon as possible.

OP3A £17,333 to £17,980 including JWC’s – pay award pending.

We require a Site Manager to work within a small dedicated team reporting to the Senior Site Manager. The school is situated at the heart of the community and is used widely outside school hours for evening classes, sports activities and other outside functions therefore you will be required to work shifts and one weekend in four.

You will be a main key holder and your work will include securing the building; carrying out general handyperson duties; carrying out routine maintenance jobs; maintaining the All Weather Pitch; preparing rooms for events; work in connection with Health and Safety, delivering goods etc.

Applicants should be fit (lifting is involved) have good inter personal skills and feel comfortable working with young people, members of staff and members of the community.

It would be advantageous if applicants can demonstrate that they are able to undertake joinery work, painting and any other general maintenance jobs. Applicants must have a clean driving licence.
